Haliru Ahmad Khalipha

Haliru Ahmad Khalipha is a seasoned governance, public finance, and policy expert with over nine years of experience leading pro-poor and equitable social development initiatives. As the Lead and Executive Director of Transparency and Accountability in Totality (TinT-FollowTaxes), he advocates for fiscal responsibility, domestic resource mobilization, and citizen engagement in governance. With a strong background in Public Finance Management (PFM), he has worked extensively with state and non-state actors including policymakers, legislators, and civil society organizations to institutionalize transparency, accountability, and inclusion mechanisms for improved public service delivery. His work involves budgeting, tax justice, procurement reforms, and increasing internally generated revenue (IGR) across government agencies and MDAs.
